Prior to purchasing a property it is important that you have the Contract of Sale and the Vendors Statement (Section 32) reviewed by us.

The wording of any special conditions need to be considered so that they are worded appropriately and also meet your needs.

We also need to check that a copy of the title, the lot plan and all other required disclosure obligations have been met by the vendor and then assess if there are any adverse consequences that flow from those disclosures.

For the sake of a relatively small review fee, it is worth having piece of mind.

Once you have signed the Contract of Sale there are a number of actions that you will need to take such as conducting building and pest inspections, ensuring that you have your loan unconditionally approved.

We assist you in monitoring the relevant dates by which these actions need to be undertaken but it is your responsibility to ensure that they get done.

Upon all contract conditions being satisfied, we undertake all work needed to achieve settlement of your purchase, keeping you apprised of all key steps along the way.
