address, telephone number, information regarding your job, your date of birth and/or
other information regarding your preferences or where it is relevant to conveyancing
services that we provide.

requested the information.
In some circumstances, we collect personal information about you from a third party
source. For example, we may collect personal information from the real estate agent
or finance broker who are providing services in relation to your conveyancing
transaction, an information or service provider or from a publicly available record.
We, our members, employees, agents, consultants and sub-contractors, may use any
of the information about you which we have collected to provide you with conveyancing
or legal advice or information or legal technology services or solutions; to send you
information on news, publications, seminars and events; to improve our services and
communications to you; for the purposes of employment, partnership or the supply or
retention of services; for insurance purposes, to send you invoices or reminder notices;
to process your requests of, and applications to, us; and for any other purpose for
which this information was provided to us or for any purpose related or ancillary to any
of the above. We may also use personal information or data where we are permitted
by law to do so. This includes circumstances where you have expressly or impliedly
consented to such use.
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
 If you are a client of Easy Convey, or you are employed by, contracted to or are
an agent of, a client of Easy Convey, we may disclose your personal information

o Legal specialists (including mediators), consultants or experts engaged
by us to provide services to you;

services to any of our clients, we may disclose it to that client, and where
permitted by law to others for the purpose of providing those services;

agents, consultants and sub-contractors who assist us in running our business,

We will consider any complaints which we receive and provide you with a response in
